We hope our customers can have a risk-free shopping experience, so we cover the return shipping for all items where free shipping is offered. All sales are final for areas where free shipping is not offered. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. 

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since we fulfilled your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping charges, shipping protection charges, and customs fee are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item needs to be unused and in resalable condition. It also needs to be in the original packaging with free accessory and tags included. We may charge up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any shipping damage or manufacturing defects claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. We require photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging for us to make a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for the order (expedited shipping fee non-refundable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, up to 14 days from us receiving the returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@itineraworldwide.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@itineraworldwide.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
