14-Day Return Right
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without providing any reason.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@itineraworldwide.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@itineraworldwide.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lifetime Warranty
ITINERA products are backed by a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
